The product is made mainly from raw materials of high quality softwood having compliance with the FSC. The material is obtained by cutting flat using modern slicers vertical.
Produced in this technology veneers have a clear picture of jars of two types: a stried and vein. Drying the sheets of veneer produced occurs in automated drying, to obtain the desired humidity. The material on the surface of which were due to folding of the intensity of the stresses in the wood, is administered compression, which allows to restore the expected appearance veneers which have been deformed during the drying process.
After air-dried material is made of veneer bundles coastline and measurements and sorting. The resulting high-quality molded veneer and is divided into three quality classes AA, AB, BC.
